These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the b9gam platform at b9gam.vip. b9gam currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. b9gam reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any payment method at its discretion without prior notice.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are generally credited to your b9gam account within seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to one business day to reflect, depending on interbank processing times. Cryptocurrency deposits in USDT TRC20 are credited following the required network confirmations. b9gam does not accept deposits made by third parties — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your b9gam account. b9gam reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC), active bonus wagering requirements, and fraud screening. b9gam aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly. Players who have not yet completed KYC, or whose accounts have pending bonus requirements, may experience delays until these conditions are resolved.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a valid b9gam deposit constitutes fraudulent conduct. b9gam will immediately suspend the account, pursue recovery of the reversed funds through all available legal means, and report the matter to relevant financial institutions and authorities.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and special event promotions offered by b9gam are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific offer terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific offer terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet per spin/round during bonus play, and the time limit for completing the requirement will all be specified in the individual bonus offer terms at the time the promotion is presented to the player.
b9gam monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements, exploitation of software errors or loopholes, claiming multiple accounts' bonuses, or coordinated bonus claiming with other players. b9gam reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is reasonably suspected.
Players may generally only hold one active bonus at a time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect your eligibility for the deposit bonus associated with that top-up. It is the player's responsibility to read the bonus offer terms before making a deposit during an active promotional period.

b9gam reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or collusion, failure to complete KYC within required timeframes, account inactivity, or requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities. Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraudulent activity, the associated balance may be withheld pending investigation.
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. b9gam reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive account balances after this period, as notified to the registered email address. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b9gam's total liability to any player in respect of any claim, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall be limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
